1+1=life
(my essay in english 4)
Life, as we may define it, starts at conception. After that, life continues with the birth of that person. It continues until that person grows and develops and ends when the person dies.
Since childhood, people are taught how to cope with every single detail of life. They are being disciplnied and trained for the next stage in life. While a child, a person still knows nothing around him except for playing and having fun. Upon reaching the teenage years, people start being confused. Elders may say, your too young to do that or sometimes, your too old to do that. It's really confusing. People start to encounter responsibilities and they start to help in household activities. Most people in this stage are in the high school and college level. They are taught in school about what life would be like once they leave the campus. They are in training in what they will be like when they get their own job.
Usually, the students hate the subject Mathematics. Few people understand and realize that Mathematics is actually equal to life. You don't learn life, you get use to it. Everything around us is Mathematics. When you compute for your salary, it's Math! When you count the members of your family, it's also Math!
What i'm trying to say is, we won't be prepared for anything in life unless we learn the basics. We can never complete life unless we are able to add things up. If we compare life to an ellipse in Mathematics, we won't be able to graph it unless we find the values of a, b, c, the vertices, the foci, the ends of the minor axis and the ends of the latera recta. These parts are those basic things and values that we have to inculcate to ourselves if we want a productive life.
Why don't you stop and stare at any living thing for a minute. Think about its life and the things it accumulated during its growing years. Think about yourself, have you had those things?
